Digital tools

We used email for our CRAP project.   The effectiveness of using email  as a digital tool was good because you can share ideas back and forth.  It's an easy way to let someone else know what ideas you have.  The pros of this digital tool is that it's not a difficult format to communicate on.  Most people know how to send e-mail on a computer.You can easily tell someone what your opinions are and they can do the same for you.  Many people can communicate this way if you have several people working on the same project.  The cons are that some things are better communicated in person.  Ideas at times can better be discussed when there are ideas bouncing off each other and can be more productive at getting things done.
